Accreditation

We are annually audited by SALSA Standards which comply with the BRCGS clause 3.5.1.2 (Supplier and Raw Material Approval section) as the SALSA Standard scope includes product safety, traceability, HACCP review, product security and food defence plan, product authenticity plan and good manufacturing practices.

SALSA audits are carried out by an experienced and competent product safety auditor.

In addition we have annual visits and audits from our local EHO.
