All natural Chlorophyll (E141) colour and water for concentrated colour to the last drop. Please note that natural colours may be affected by heat, light or acidity - any changes are harmless - and usually slight!

Not the colour I expected

The green colour I purchased is more of a dull green. Had to use a lot to change the white icing to green. I assume coz it's a natural colour with no chemicals it would be less strong in colour
